BioT'Val is the only daughter of Spock and Saavik.
She's One Quarter Human, (from her Father) half Vulcan and a quarter Romulan (from her Mother).
This version has grown up in the new reality of Nero and the destroyed Vulcan.
Saavik was born on the planet hellsguard a planet located in the Romulan Neutral Zone. An abandoned Romulan colony. She lived there feral with a group of other child until she was rescued by Sarek. He found homes for most of the children. Saavik went on to go to star fleet. When she fell pregnant helping Spock through the Pon Far. Sometime later she contected Spock telling them of the death of the child. She continued to bring the child up in secret.
